Our in-house Psychrometric Test Laboratory, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certified and accredited by the Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIAC), meets the highest standards of quality management systems and technical competence — ensuring reliable and validated test results within the defined scope.

The laboratory is equipped to perform rigorous performance tests in compliance with leading international standards.

Our Laboratory is qualified to conduct performance tests for:

Air Conditioning Equipment

  • Fan Coil Units – AHRI 440, ASHRAE 79
  • Roof Top Package Units – AHRI 340/360, ASHRAE 37
  • Non-Ducted Air Conditioners – ISO 5151
  • Air Handling Units – ASHRAE 33, AHRI 430, AHRI 410

Test & Measurement Standards include:

  • ISO 5801 – Performance testing of fans
  • AMCA 210 – Testing fans for certified aerodynamic performance rating
  • EN 1886 – Air handling units’ mechanical performance
  • ASHRAE 41.1 – Temperature measurement methods
  • ASHRAE 41.2 – Air velocity and airflow measurement
  • ASHRAE 41.3 – Pressure measurement methods

Independent Laboratory Tests

We have done various laboratory tests on our Air Handling Units, Fresh Air Handling Units and Fan Coil Units at prestigious laboratories across the world to make sure our products are perfect match for performance and durability. For example, TUV SUD Germany, which is a global testing, certification, inspection and training provider has tested our units for Mechanical Characteristics as per EN-1886 standards, for psychrometric performance as per EN 13053 and for sound characteristics as per ISO 3744 Acoustics standards to add tangible economic value to our customers. Also Fan Coil Units are tested in TUV SUD Germany and Eurovent certified for AC & EC / DC Motors suitable for chiller and district cooling applications.

Air Handling Units

  • EN 1886 (Mechanical Characteristics): To determine the mechanical characteristics of Air Handling Units (AHU).
  • EN 1886 (Sound Insertion Loss) & ISO 3744 Acoustics: To determine the sound power levels of noise sources of Air Handling Units (AHU).

Fan Coil Units

  • Eurovent certified for AC & EC Motors with standard and high Delta T applications

Air Handling Units

  • EN 13053-2003 Real Unit Performance: To determine the Real Unit Performance for air flow rate, static Pressure, power input, cooling & heating capacity, pressure drops, etc., of Air Handling Units.

Hygienic Air Handling Units

  • Tested and certified as per VDI 6022 Part 1 : 2011
  • Tested and certified as per DIN 1946 Part 4 : 2008
